Godrej Golf Links has been taking shape for several years, so you can walk the township before you buy, which is rare for a new launch. Keep two things in mind. The handover date is February 2031, so this is a long-dated purchase, and only some homes actually face the course, so ask exactly which towers and floors get that view and how much extra they cost.
Best suited to: Families who want a green, sport-led setting in Greater Noida and can wait a few years for the keys
