Meraqui is Gillco Group's big high-rise launch in Sector 126, on Airport Road in Mohali: 444 homes in six towers on about 12 acres. The theme is a Greek one, with a classical look running through the clubhouse and common areas, and the design team is a serious line-up, with Morphogenesis on architecture, Oracles on landscape and Essajees Atelier on interiors.
Homes are large. The 3 BHK plus servant room comes in at 3,150 to 3,500 sq ft and the 4 BHK plus servant room at 4,350 to 4,550 sq ft, as listed by the developer. Naveen Kumar, Director7 Oct 2026Meraqui is one of the more ambitious launches Mohali has seen in a while: big homes, a well-known design team and a sports and club setup that most local projects do not try. If you want space, and a 3,000-plus sq ft apartment close to the airport, it belongs on your list. Gillco is a long-standing Mohali name, but this is its first project at this scale and price point, so look hard at the construction schedule and the payment plan. Also note that the sizes on the website are not labelled as carpet area, so ask for the carpet area of the exact unit you are offered.
Best suited to: Families upgrading to a large apartment who want to stay near Airport Road
