Location & surroundings
Anantam 85 is in Sector 85, in the New Gurgaon belt between NH-48 and Dwarka Expressway, near the clover-leaf junction on the Central Peripheral Road. Both highways are a short drive away, and the surrounding sectors have a mix of delivered and under-construction housing.
The area still depends on road connectivity; metro and other transport plans for this part of Gurugram are proposals, so judge the location on what exists today.

At about ₹3.60 Cr for roughly 2,400 sq ft, the entry rate is near ₹15,000 per sq ft of super area, competitive for a new high-rise in New Gurgaon. The risks are real, though. In September 2026 the towers were still at basement level, which sits uneasily with a 2028 completion date in the HARERA filings for a 60-storey building. The developer's site does not publish unit sizes, carpet areas or floor plans, and Ganga Realty is a smaller developer. Get the RERA carpet area and an updated timeline in writing.
Best suited to: Patient buyers who want a high-floor home in New Gurgaon and can wait several years
