Experion’s latest project in Sector 88A sits just off the Dwarka Expressway, a part of Gurgaon that’s growing faster than almost anywhere else in the city. The plan is roughly 7.8 acres of land, with roomy 3 and 4 BHK homes in towers going up 40 floors. Behind it is Experion, a developer funded by its Singapore parent and no stranger to this area. One thing to keep in mind: the project hasn’t launched yet, and there’s no RERA number so far. Feel free to ask around and register your interest. Just don’t hand over any money until that number is out and you’ve checked it yourself.

The sector already has several group housing projects under construction or recently delivered, so day-to-day retail, schools and healthcare are gradually filling in. Peak-hour travel times on the Dwarka Expressway stretch are worth testing before buying.

The bigger issue is paperwork: there is no RERA registration, no official price list and the marketing material itself is inconsistent on tower count and land area. Treat it as pre-launch and wait for HARERA details.
