Marbella is one of the few established villa enclaves on Golf Course Extension Road, and that scarcity is its main appeal. Emaar's villas offer private lifts, front and rear lawns and a distinctive Spanish look, and the colony also allows buyers to build on their own plot. Because it is sold out, every purchase is a resale deal, so pricing depends on the individual unit and seller rather than a developer price list, and we have no published sizes to compute a rate. Parts of the colony have been registered in phases, so buyers should confirm which registration covers a given villa or plot, check the occupation or completion status, and review maintenance and club arrangements before committing.
