Manesar and IMT Manesar are close, while Golf Course Extension Road is about 10 km and IGI Airport about 28 - 30 km away, so this suits buyers working along NH-48 more than those commuting to central Gurugram every day.

Eldeco publishes carpet and built-up areas rather than super area, which makes comparison easier. At about ₹3.85 Cr for a 3 BHK of roughly 1,211 sq ft carpet, you are paying around ₹31,800 per sq ft of carpet area, which is high for Sector 80, so the premium rests on the views and low density. Eldeco is better known in Lucknow and other North Indian cities than in Gurugram, and the RERA completion date should be checked before booking.
