Overview

Conscient Parq is a 4-tower community of 3 and 4 BHK apartments in Sector 80, planned very much around family life. Secure access points, dedicated drop-off zones and safe places for children to play are part of the brief from the start.

The design idea is nature first. Plenty of open green space, lush landscaping and a soothing aesthetic set the tone, and the podium puts residents right on the doorstep of the gardens.

It's a good fit if you want a calmer, greener setting in New Gurgaon while staying close to the highway.

Location

Parq sits on the main 60-metre road in Sector 80, in the Aravali Hills side of the city. Many homes look out over the gardens below and toward the Aravali Hills in the distance.

Around you there are restaurants, shopping precincts, schools, hospitals and a golf course. Karma Lakelands, with its adventure sports, is nearby for weekends.

Getting around

This is where Parq does well. NH-8 is about 2 minutes away, which makes Delhi and the rest of Gurugram easy to reach.

Golf Course Road is around 25 minutes by car, and IGI Airport is roughly 45 minutes.

Features & amenities

The clubhouse is the heart of the place, wrapped around an outdoor pool with cabanas and a separate children's pool. Inside you'll find a residents' restaurant and café, a banquet hall, a mini cineplex, a games zone and a business center.

Fitness is covered by a gym, a yoga room and a steam room, plus outdoor fitness stations. Sports lovers get cricket enclosures, a tennis and badminton court and a basketball court.

An elevated sky deck and canopy walk link the amenities to the towers, and a children's playground sits inside the central glade.

Parq offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments across a variety of floor plans. Unit sizes haven't been published, and pricing is shared on request.

Here's the part most buyers like: service areas are placed at the back of each plan, with living spaces at the front, so your main rooms get the garden and hill views.

Specifications

Each apartment comes with air conditioning and contemporary flooring. The developer describes the finishes as stylish, with premium specifications throughout.

Why it's worth a look

For a family buyer, the combination of a strong central clubhouse, plenty of sports and a highway just minutes away is practical and pleasant.

It's still under construction. As of the September 2026 update, the 22nd-floor slab has been cast in Tower D. Pricing and sizes are on request, so the right move is to get the current numbers before comparing.
