Selene is the compact, lock-and-leave end of Central Park Flower Valley. Instead of big family apartments, it offers studios and luxe suites, set right where the township's retail, leisure and homes come together.

The developer pitches it as the centrepiece of the township, with retail, Alpha golf and open greens around it. The mood it's going for is calm but social: quiet evenings at home, with a cafe or a plaza a short walk away.

Who is it for? Think of someone who wants a smaller, well-located home inside a large gated township, whether as a weekend base, a first luxury purchase or a home that's easy to manage.

Location

Selene sits in Sector 32, Sohna, inside Central Park Flower Valley, at the foothills of the Aravalli range. Day to day, that means a greener, slower setting than central Gurugram, with the township's own streets, gardens and retail around you.

International schools, universities, hospitals and good hotels are described as being in the wider neighbourhood, so the basics aren't a long hunt.

Getting around

The township is on the Gurgaon–Sohna Elevated Corridor and close to the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway. The KMP Expressway is about a 5 min drive away, and Rajiv Chowk in Gurugram is roughly 12 min by car.

IGI Airport is quoted at about 40 min. Real drive times will move with traffic, so it's worth doing the run yourself at the hour you'd usually travel.

Features & amenities

Selene's own draw is its mix of high-end retail, an open plaza, a cafe and a restaurant, alongside Alpha golf and golf putting and chipping greens. There's a clubhouse, a swimming pool and a gymnasium for the everyday routine.

For sport, the township lists a cricket stadium, a football zone, basketball, lawn tennis, indoor badminton and volleyball, plus a horse stable for something a little different.

The wellness side is generous: steam, sauna, jacuzzi, aroma baths, reflexology, naturopathy and massages, detox diet sessions and a salad bar. Outdoors you get central greens, nature walks, the Flora Fountain and twin fountains, all behind multi-tier security with wide internal roads.
