Naveen Kumar, Director2 Oct 2026Downtown 66 is BPTP's luxury project in Sector 66, with direct access to Golf Course Extension Road. Right now it is more a promise than a plan we can assess: there is no land area, tower count, unit size, possession date or RERA number on our file. Even the club size quoted in the material, 13 million sq.ft, looks like a typing error. Treat it as one to watch, and move only once the registration, layout and cost sheet are in your hands.

About BPTP
BPTP has been part of the Delhi NCR story for about two decades. The company was founded by Kabul Chawla in the early 2000s, and it grew fast, first in Faridabad and then in Gurgaon. If you have driven around Faridabad's newer sectors, you have probably passed one of its developments, because BPTP did a lot to open up that market.
Its biggest early bet was Parklands, a large integrated township in Faridabad, followed by projects such as Park Floors, Discovery Park and Park 81 there. In Gurgaon, BPTP is known for Terra, which it describes as its first eco-friendly community, along with Amstoria, Astaire Gardens, Verti Greens and GAIA Residences on the Dwarka Expressway side and in Sector 70A. Its work covers plotted homes, low-rise floors and high-rise apartments, from mid-range to premium.
