They&#8217;re building something that should still feel calm a decade from now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elevate Homes, Sector 63A<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conscient and Hines don&#8217;t need to prove themselves anymore \u2014 they already did that once. Their original Elevate project pulled in over \u20b91,100 crore in sales and is still talked about as one of the better-executed developments in the city. Now that same team is moving into Sector 63A, carrying forward the low-rise, architect-led approach that made the first one work \u2014 Ricardo Bofill&#8217;s design language, two-tower layouts, roughly 70% open land. M3M brought in Jacob &amp; Co \u2014 the Swiss-German watchmaker known for pushing mechanical precision to absurd extremes \u2014 to shape a single tower inside a 170-acre masterplan on the Dwarka Expressway. The two G+30 towers follow a four-apartments-per-core layout, with 224 residences including four 4,000 sq. ft. penthouses, and 100-foot wraparound balconies that turn an ordinary evening into something worth sticking around for. Eldeco&#8217;s already delivered 150+ projects to 25,000+ buyers, so this isn&#8217;t a developer learning on the job \u2014 it&#8217;s one applying a new design language to an old discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Look at these five side by side and a theme emerges that has nothing to do with amenities lists.
