{"id":57,"date":"2026-03-21T11:53:46","date_gmt":"2026-03-21T06:23:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.triversehomes.com\/blog\/?p=57"},"modified":"2026-03-23T16:27:57","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T10:57:57","slug":"dlf-launches-424-independent-floors-in-dlf-valley-gardens-panchkula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.triversehomes.com\/blog\/dlf-launches-424-independent-floors-in-dlf-valley-gardens-panchkula\/","title":{"rendered":"DLF launches 424 independent floors in DLF Valley Gardens Panchkula"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>DLF- India\u2019s largest listed real estate company, Thursday said it has launched\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dlfhomes.co.in\/dlf-valley-gardens-floors-panchkula\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DLF Valley Gardens<\/a>, a 424-independent floor project on a 34-acre land parcel in Panchkula, Haryana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dlfhomes.co.in\/dlf-valley-gardens-floors-panchkula\/\">The Valley Gardens<\/a>\u2019 project is part of the 175-acre site of its residential development \u2018The Valley\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each independent floor is of around 3500 sq ft and priced at about\u00a0\u20b93 crores.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triversehomes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DLF\u00a0<\/a>expects a turnover of\u00a0\u20b91,200 crores to 1,300 crores from the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDemand for low-rise independent floors has been phenomenal in Delhi-NCR. In the last 18 months, DLF has sold independent floors worth&nbsp;\u20b93,000 crores in Gurugram and the Chandigarh Tri-city area. For the Panchkula project, we expect about 70-75% of the demand from end-users and the remaining from investors,\u201d Aakash Ohri, group executive director and chief business officer at DLF said in an interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018DLF Valley Gardens\u2019 project in Panchkula, which has a stilt-plus-four floor development format, has  designed by architect Hafeez Contractor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBuyers from Chandigarh, Punjab, Delhi-NCR and even Himachal Pradesh have shown a high interest in living in Panchkula,\u201d Ohri added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DLF is planning a slew of residential launches this year including more independent floors, plots, villas and apartments.
