Two homes per floor, four separate clubhouses and 75% open area are genuine strengths, and the NH-48 address gives ready access to existing infrastructure. At ₹10.42 Cr for homes whose Phase 2 carpet area is around 2,319 to 2,356 sq ft, the rate works out to roughly ₹44,000 - 45,000 per sq ft of carpet, which sits at the top of the Gurugram market. Delivery is a long wait, with RERA completion dates of late 2031 and 2033, and highway frontage can bring noise for some towers.
