Sector 105 sits along the Dwarka Expressway stretch near the Daulatabad flyover, between Dwarka in Delhi and central Gurugram. The site is reached from the expressway through 60 m and 40 m sector roads.

At the indicative ₹2.59 Cr for the 1,850 sq ft 3 BHK + study, the entry works out to about ₹14,000 per sq ft of saleable area, with two homes per floor and three lifts per tower on a 13-acre site. The trade-off is the loading: the 3 BHK carpet area is only 1,035 sq ft against 1,850 sq ft saleable, so compare carpet areas carefully against rivals. ATS's Gurugram record is mixed, with some earlier projects delayed, so check the RERA completion date and the payment plan before you book.
Best suited to: Families wanting a low-density 3 or 4 BHK near Dwarka Expressway under ₹3 Cr
