Its Sector 63A location near the Aravallis and inside Anant Raj's own township gives a quieter setting while staying close to Golf Course Extension Road. No price is published, so value cannot be judged per sq ft without a cost sheet. Note that carpet is only about 54 - 55% of super area, so compare on carpet. A developer RERA filing shows about 195 of the 248 homes already sold, so choice of tower and floor is limited, and completion is listed for March 2030.
