Veris is a single tower by Adani Realty at Sector 2, Gwal Pahari, close to the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, on a 4 acre site. Naveen Kumar, Director7 Oct 2026Veris is a very specific product: a full floor to yourself, a lot of greenery on the facade, and a bare shell you design from scratch. For a buyer who would rather not share a landing and wants to do their own interiors, that is a rare combination in Gurgaon. Keep the total budget in mind though. ₹20.65 Cr is the starting price for a shell, so interiors add a real sum on top, and the planted balconies will need upkeep that shows in maintenance bills. Possession is March 2030, which is a long wait for this kind of money.
Best suited to: Buyers wanting a private, full-floor home they can fit out to their own taste
