It has only 69 plots, from about 131 to 179 sq yd (109.5 to 149.6 sq m), in a gated layout with RFID boom barriers at the entry and exit, 24x7 CCTV, a 24 m wide main driveway and 9 m internal roads.
The amenities are built around central greens: a skating rink, kids' play area and play fountain, badminton and half basketball courts, a cricket net, jogging track, outdoor gym, yoga pavilion, pergola seating and an open-air theatre, with neighbourhood shops for daily needs. Adani Realty marks Tatva Estates as sold out, and the RERA possession date on the official page is 4 December 2027, so any purchase now would be a resale of a plot.

DDJAY plots are compact, so confirm exactly what you can build before you commit.
