Samsara Vilasa was the first Samsara phase in Sector 63. Like the original Samsara floors, it is a low-rise block of independent floors with a single home on each level, but here the buildings are set around a 1.2-acre central green with a kids' play area, a half basketball court, a badminton court and a jogging track.
Homes are 3 BHK and 4 BHK, with RERA carpet areas from about 1,036 sq ft to 1,796 sq ft, on a land parcel of 12,243 sq m. Adani shows Vilasa as completed and sold out, so this is now a resale market. For someone who wants to move in soon and is happy with a mid-sized floor, it is one of the few ready options in this pocket.

The Samsara phases in Sector 63 sit off Golf Course Extension Road, reached from a 60 m wide sector road. Adani's brochure puts Golf Course Road and the Rapid Metro about 5 minutes away, Sohna Road about 10 minutes, Millennium City Centre about 15, MG Road about 20, Ambience Mall about 25 and the IGI Airport about 40 minutes by car. Schools it lists nearby include Heritage Xperiential Learning School, Lotus Valley, St. Xavier's, DPS International and Presidium, and for hospitals W Pratiksha, Artemis, Park, Medanta and Fortis.

It is finished, the central green is in place, and you can see exactly what you are getting. Because Adani shows it as sold out, everything here is resale, so prices vary from owner to owner and you should compare a few floors before deciding. The homes are mid-sized next to Vilasa 2.0 or Ivana, so if you need a big 4 bedroom floor, look at those instead.
