Samsara Vilasa 2.0 is the second, larger-format phase of Vilasa in Sector 63. It keeps the same stilt-plus-four-floor buildings and the 1.2-acre central green, but the homes are noticeably bigger: 3 BHK and 4 BHK floors with RERA carpet areas from about 1,628 sq ft to 2,242 sq ft, several with a powder room, utility room, family lounge or puja area.
The specification also steps up, with imported marble in the living and dining rooms, VRV/VRF air-conditioning with heating and cooling, a dedicated lift, reserved parking and the option of a private terrace or basement on selected homes. Adani shows it as under construction with possession due by 31 October 2026, and the phase is already sold out, so new buyers can only pick up a resale or an allotment transfer.

Naveen Kumar, Director7 Oct 2026Vilasa 2.0 is the better-specified sibling of Vilasa: same green, same low-rise feel, but larger floors and a proper luxury fit-out with marble and VRV. It was due for handover by October 2026 per Adani's page, and the RERA registration runs to December 2026, so it should be very close to ready. It is sold out, which means you would be buying from an existing allottee. Before you pay, confirm the handover date, whether the terrace or basement option is attached to that particular floor, and that the builder will endorse the transfer.
Best suited to: Families who want a big new independent floor on Golf Course Extension Road with handover close at hand
