Samsara (M Block) is where the whole Samsara story started: the first set of independent floors that Adani Realty and the Brahma Group built together in Sector 60, off Golf Course Extension Road. These are low-rise buildings with one home on each floor, laid out around a central green with fountains and a lake, and a jogging track running through the neighbourhood. Adani's original brochure says the floors were designed by the architects Woods Bagot.
Homes are 3 BHK and 4 BHK with servant room, with RERA carpet areas from about 1,092 sq ft to 1,865 sq ft. The project is completed and Adani marks it as sold out, so any purchase here today is a resale from an existing owner. The upside of that is simple: you can walk in, see the actual building, the finish and the neighbours before you commit.

Location & surroundings
This part of Samsara is in Sector 60, on the Golf Course Extension Road side of the township, next to the lake and central greens that the newer phases also look onto. Adani puts Golf Course Road and the Rapid Metro about 5 minutes away, Sohna Road about 10 minutes, Millennium City Centre about 15, MG Road about 20 and the IGI Airport about 40 minutes by car (the older Samsara page quotes about 22 km to the airport). Paras Trinity, a running mall and office building, is across the road.

Naveen Kumar, Director7 Oct 2026This is the oldest and most settled part of Samsara, and that is really its appeal. It is finished, people live here, and the lake and greens that later phases advertise are already grown in. Adani lists it as sold out, so you will be dealing with an owner or a broker, and the price will depend on the floor, the plot and how well the home has been kept. Check which floor you are buying, whether terrace or basement rights come with it, and get the maintenance and club terms in writing.
Best suited to: Families who want a finished independent floor off Golf Course Extension Road without waiting on construction

Can I buy directly from Adani Realty?
No. Adani Realty lists Samsara (M Block) as sold out, so homes are available only on resale.
Is there visitor parking?
Adani's own FAQ says there is no visitor parking facility as of now. Each apartment has its own parking slot.
