Samsara Avasa is an all 4 BHK phase in Block L of Sector 63, and it looks different from the rest of Samsara. Adani describes the architecture as British-inspired, and the renders show red-brick buildings with white trim, four storeys over stilt parking, and a gated entry off the 60 m sector road. It sits right opposite the Belvedere Club, which Adani says is over 1,00,000 sq ft.
Every home is a 4 BHK with utility, with RERA carpet areas from about 1,361 sq ft to 2,089 sq ft, and buyers could choose between private and common terraces. Adani's FAQ puts the phase at 64 units, while the HRERA certificate lists 68 units on 17 plots across 1.23 acres. Prices start at ₹4.49 Cr per Adani's page, and possession is due by 31 December 2026. Progress photos from April 2025 show the structure and masonry done, with services and finishing under way.

The Samsara phases in Sector 63 sit off Golf Course Extension Road, reached from a 60 m wide sector road. Adani's brochure puts Golf Course Road and the Rapid Metro about 5 minutes away, Sohna Road about 10 minutes, Millennium City Centre about 15, MG Road about 20, Ambience Mall about 25 and the IGI Airport about 40 minutes by car. Schools it lists nearby include Heritage Xperiential Learning School, Lotus Valley, St. Xavier's, DPS International and Presidium, and for hospitals W Pratiksha, Artemis, Park, Medanta and Fortis.

It is small, gated and sits opposite the Belvedere Club, and the ₹4.49 Cr starting price is the lowest entry into a 4 BHK across the current Samsara phases. Keep in mind that most homes are around 1,360 to 1,520 sq ft carpet, which is compact for four bedrooms, and only one plot type goes up to about 2,089 sq ft. Handover is due by December 2026; ask for the current construction status and whether the terrace you want is private or common.
Best suited to: Families who want a 4 BHK independent floor in a small gated community, with handover close
