Samsara Arya is a newer set of independent floors that Adani added in Sector 60, inside the original, already-lived-in part of Samsara. The buildings are stilt plus four floors with only one home per floor, and Adani makes a point of the setting: the homes overlook the lake and central greens, so you get the views of a mature neighbourhood with a brand new home.
There are six plan types, from a 3 BHK of about 1,109 sq ft carpet to a 4 BHK with utility and powder room of about 2,104 sq ft, on plots of roughly 347 to 473 sq yd. Top-floor homes come with the right to use a private terrace. Adani shows Arya as under construction with possession by December 2026, and it is already sold out, so you would be buying from an existing allottee.

This part of Samsara is in Sector 60, on the Golf Course Extension Road side of the township, next to the lake and central greens that the newer phases also look onto. Adani puts Golf Course Road and the Rapid Metro about 5 minutes away, Sohna Road about 10 minutes, Millennium City Centre about 15, MG Road about 20 and the IGI Airport about 40 minutes by car (the older Samsara page quotes about 22 km to the airport). Paras Trinity, a running mall and office building, is across the road.

Naveen Kumar, Director7 Oct 2026Arya's main selling point is where it sits: brand new floors slotted into the oldest, greenest part of Samsara, looking onto the lake. That is a nice combination, because the neighbourhood around you is already built and settled. The catch is that Adani lists it as sold out, so you would be negotiating with someone who already holds an allotment, and handover is due by December 2026. Ask which plot and floor you are getting, since sizes vary a lot between the six plans, and confirm terrace rights in writing for top-floor homes.
Best suited to: Buyers who want a new independent floor with a lake view inside an established part of Samsara
