Oyster Grande is a completed gated community of about 19 acres in Sector 102/102A, just off the Dwarka Expressway, built by Adani Realty in a joint venture with M2K, with L&T Construction as the construction partner. It has 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and 5 bedroom penthouses across several towers, and Adani Realty says more than 400 families live there. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) handles facilities management.
Home sizes range from about 939 sq ft of RERA carpet for the smaller 3 bedroom units up to about 3,127 sq ft for the penthouses, with in-between options such as 3 bedroom plus staff room and study, and 4 bedroom homes of about 1,660 sq ft. The clubhouse has a café lounge, banquet hall and pool table, and outside there are a swimming pool, kids' pool, tennis, basketball and badminton courts and a gym. Parking is on two basement levels and the community is pet-friendly. Adani Realty marks Oyster Grande as sold out, so any purchase now is a resale.

That has its upsides: the community is finished, people live there, and you can talk to residents about maintenance and water before you commit. The spread of sizes is wide, so check the exact tower and type, since a 939 sq ft 3 bedroom and a 1,450 sq ft one are very different homes. Get the title papers, the society dues and the maintenance history checked properly, as you would for any resale.
