Lushlands is Adani Realty's large-format luxury project at Sector 2, Gwal Pahari, on the main Gurgaon-Faridabad Road. The whole layout is built around a forest ravine that runs through the middle, with the residential towers placed along its sides, so most homes look into planted greenery and a pond rather than at the next building. The architecture is by CP Kukreja and the landscape by Integral Designs. The land parcel is 12.356 acres, of which Phase 1 covers about 8.35 acres.

Naveen Kumar, Director7 Oct 2026Lushlands is one of the few big-home projects in Gurgaon where the landscape is the main event rather than a strip of lawn between towers. If you want a 4 bedroom home of 2,600 sq ft or more, or a duplex penthouse, close to Golf Course Road but away from its density, it deserves a visit. Go in clear-eyed, though: at ₹14 Cr and up you are paying a top-of-market price for a home that is due only in March 2029, and the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road can get heavy at peak hours. Ask for the full cost sheet, since the headline price excludes other charges and taxes.
Best suited to: Families wanting a very large home in green surroundings close to south Delhi and Golf Course Road
