ACE Arte is ACE Group's newest homes project in Sector 150, the low-density Sports City sector near the end of the Noida Expressway. It is designed by Hafeez Contractor in a neo-classical style, so expect symmetrical facades, columns and a formal, grand entrance rather than a sleek glass look. The plot is about 15 acres and open on three sides, with around 9 acres given to a resort-style landscape and about 80% of the land kept open.
There will be 784 homes in 3 and 4 BHK layouts, with a clubhouse of about 50,000 sq ft that includes padel, squash, an indoor pool and banquet space. The project was registered with UP RERA in July 2026 and launched on 15 August 2026. ACE has not put prices or unit sizes on its site yet, so ask for the price sheet.

Prices and sizes are not published yet, so get the full cost sheet and unit plans before you compare it with neighbours like Prateek Canary or the Godrej and Experion launches nearby.
Best suited to: Families who want a big, green campus on the expressway and are fine waiting for possession
